What are the electrical requirements for a Curt’s Cooler trailer?

Our standard size trailers run on regular 110V 20 amp service, with the exception of our larger trailers.

Will my trailer be ESA Approved?

Yes. For safety reasons all of our trailers are ESA approved and ready to run upon delivery—free of hassle.

Can my trailer run on a generator if I don’t have enough or the proper power requirements?

Yes, our trailers can be run on a generator. If you don’t have a generator, Curt’s Coolers can supply the proper generator at a very reasonable rate.

What if I have a problem with my Curt’s Coolers trailer?

We keep our fleet serviced and well maintained, with any issues corrected immediately. In the rare case you have a problem, contact us at (519) 301-5716 and we’ll get you back up and running as fast as possible.

Can we pick up our Curt’s Coolers trailer instead of having it delivered?

No. For insurance reasons we only allow our delivery technicians to move and relocate our trailers. Upon delivery, we set up your trailer and get you plugged in to ensure it operates smoothly before leaving your site.

Will my trailer be safe overnight unaccompanied?

All our trailers are lockable. Customers should supply their own lock to ensure they are the only ones with access to the unit.

If I choose to book, do I require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your spot.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. We are working on adding a Visa machine to help with efficiency.

What if we damage the trailer when it’s in our possession?

You are responsible for any damage to the trailer while it is on-site and during the contracted term.

Do the trailers come with shelving?

Yes, we provide shelving in all our trailers, and we can easily remove them upon request.

How far away from a power source can I place my trailer?

We do not recommend placing the trailer more than 100 ft from your power source. All trailers include a 50 ft 10-gauge cord. Upon request, we can add an additional 50 ft length.
